Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your package was delivered. Items must be postmarked within this window to be eligible for a refund.
Condition of Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Complete with all original tags and packaging.
Free of any scents, makeup stains, or pet hair.
Note: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and jewellery are Final Sale.
The Process
Request: Visit our [Returns Portal] or email us at support@thewomens.online with your order number.
Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Ship: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged).
Inspection: Once we receive your item, please allow 5 business days for our quality control team to inspect it.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an automated email notification once the transaction is processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Love the piece but need a different size? We offer one free exchange per order. We will cover the shipping of the new size back to you once we receive your original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
